Terms of Service

The ground rules for using CheapBillsTickets.com. Last updated: October 1, 2026.

1. About This Site

CheapBillsTickets.com (“the Site”) is an independent website that helps Buffalo Bills fans find tickets for Bills games. It is not the Buffalo Bills, the NFL, New Highmark Stadium, or an official ticket office, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

2. How Purchases Work

Ticket inventory displayed on the Site is sourced through our ticket marketplace partner, StubOrder. When you select a game and complete a purchase, the transaction takes place on StubOrder’s platform under StubOrder’s own terms of service and buyer protections. CheapBillsTickets.com does not itself sell tickets, hold funds, or issue refunds; order questions should be directed to StubOrder support (see our Contact page).

3. Prices and Availability

Ticket prices shown on the Site are live marketplace listings set by sellers, not by us. Prices change as inventory and demand change, and listings can sell out at any time. Always confirm the final price, seats, and fees at checkout before paying.

4. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific listing will remain available, that prices will not change, or that any game will be played as scheduled.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapBillsTickets.com and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, from transactions completed on third-party platforms, or from events outside our control, including game cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling by the league.

6. Intellectual Property

The Buffalo Bills, the NFL, and New Highmark Stadium names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site only to describe the games for which tickets are available. All other content on the Site is the property of its operators.

7. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
